Whites and soft neutrals — arctic white, pearl, sandstone, and light clay — stay coolest, hide dust, and keep resale appeal broad. They are the safest choice for a home you may sell within a few years.
Mid-tone grays and greige are the fastest-growing request in Orlando. They read modern, pair beautifully with white trim, and disguise the streaking that shows up on very light siding near heavy landscaping.
Deep colors — navy, charcoal, forest — look spectacular but absorb heat and fade faster in direct exposure. Use them on shaded elevations, accent gables, or with fade-resistant fiber cement finishes rather than budget vinyl.
Match to the roof first. Your shingle color is the largest fixed element you own, and a siding color that fights it will never look right no matter how good the installation is.
